Service Description

We will gather on Sundays to look into creating an @ Home Kitchen Apothecary . We will commence with late summer herbalism and establish a list of herbs to help us know what herbs to gather (fresh and dried ) for summer conditions. We will learn via exploration what to take for certain conditions and what we can make in our kitchens for common summer ailments . We will look into imbalances that can become issues in other seasons if not remedied. I will share insights and recipe’s regarding home made electrolyte drinks for summertime cellular renewal . Lots to discuss regarding summertime food as medicine also.
